Shipping Policy

All ZIRVEX orders ship from our California warehouse with free shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Area

We ship only within the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.). Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses and international destinations are excluded.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all orders. No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 3–5 days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier processing, holidays, weather or other unexpected delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing an order. ZIRVEX is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or cannot be located, please contact us at support@dentalzirconiablock.net. We will help check the shipment status with the carrier and provide assistance.
